Low-Calorie Cocktails
Low-calorie cocktails can be delicious and fun to drink.
Store-bought drinks are usually packed full of sugar and higher in calories which can add up quickly and exceed your daily total.
Homemade cocktails are the way to go. Not only can you make the cocktails to your liking, you have control over the ingredients and sugar added to them.
These cocktails are perfect for you if you feel like an alcoholic drink but also want to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
While you’re trying to lose weight, moderate consumption of alcohol will not derail your health and wellness goals.
However, it’s important to account for any additional calories that may be consumed. This will ensure you keep your weight loss goals on track.
While alcohol is not necessarily harmful to your health in moderation, it is still important to remember alcohol is not good for your health when consumed excessively as mentioned by Better Health.
