Keeping mindful and aware of your food and drink consumption can make a big difference. Pace yourself and even find yourself some low-calorie drinks that still taste just as good but are a little better for you and your daily macros.

Whatever you choose to drink be mindful and always drink responsibly and know your recommended daily intake. Always drink some water in between to ensure you keep hydrated.
