Most times there is so much to see and do that you cannot fit in all in on one visit.

Sydney
Beautiful Sydney, In my opinion one of my favourite places to visit in New South Wales.
As per Wikipedia – Sydney recorded a population for the Greater Sydney as 5,231,150, taken from the 2021 census which is approximately 66% of the state’s population calling Sydney home.
I am fortunate to live only a few hours away to visit regularly with a day trip on the train with the kids to walk around the beautiful city and surrounds like Darling Harbour and Barangaroo.
Famously known for the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, Sydney has many things to see and do including:
- Climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge
- Visiting the Opera House and experiencing a show or the Opera
- Walking and taking in the beautiful scenery of Darling Habour, Barangaroo and The Rocks
- Taking a Ferry around the beautiful harbour
- Visiting the Taronga Sydney Zoo, perfectly situated with the Harbour Bridge in view
- Exeriencing Luna Park for the thrill seekers
- Wining and dining in the many award winning restaurants
- The vast array of shopping options
- Swim at the iconic Bondi Beach
- Visit the 19th Century Queen Victoria Building
- Exploring the Royal Botanic Gardens
- Take a walk through the Australian National Maritime Museum and Museum of Contemporary Art Australia
There are so many wonderful thing to see and do while in Sydney, one visit is never enough!
With thousands of hotels in Sydney to choose from ranging from the top 5 star hotels to family friendly options there is always accommodation to suit.
There is always something luxurious and relaxing about waking up to the beautiful views on Darling Harbour that is purely magically and worth experiencing.

The Hunter Valley
The Hunter Valley most commonly known for their wineries and referred to as the Wine Country, playing a pivotal role in Australia’s wine making and totaling around 3 percent of Australia’s wine production from the Hunter Valley alone.
The Hunter Valley is a major tourist destination in New South Wales and is the 6th most visited place in Australia attracting more than 2.5 million people annually as stated on Wikapedia.
When deciding on a place to stay and visit, the Hunter Valley is one not to be missed for consideration.
With plenty of things to see and do from:
- Visiting the many wineries with wine tatsing on offer and a walk through the vineyards
- Hot Air Balloon rides to explore the sites from above
- Picnic in amongst the vineyards
- Cheese tasting while sipping on wine of course!
- Horse riding through the many picturesque walking trails
- Explore through the Hunter Valley Zoo
- Take a Helicopter tour and explore from above
- Take a Cooking Class
With many different hotel options ranging from Hotels to Retreats to packages with inclusive deals there are so many wonderful things to discover when staying in The Hunter Valley.
This would make for a wonderful girls weekend away to relax while taking a tour around all the well know and award winning wineries and estates.

The South Coast of New South Wales
The first thing that comes to mind when mentioning the South Coast of NSW is the pristine coastline stretching for kilometres.
Known for the many beaches, this area is popular for camping and taking the carvan to one of many caravan parks and taking advantage of being right on the beach and waking up to the coastal breeze.
The South Coast is a laid back atmosphere, giving you a chance to relax and unwind, to slow down and enjoy the beach and the nature around you.
Things to see and do on the South Coast of NSW:
- Enjoy a Whale watching cruise
- Visit the many beaches on offer
- Skydive on the beach
- Zip line through the rainforest
- Take a fishing charter tour
- Snorkling and Scuba diving
- Mogo wildlife park
