Low in sugar and made with wholemeal flour or if you want to keep it keto and low carb, this recipe can be substituted for almond meal.


Choc Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Healthy Mummy whey protein powder)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk (I use almond milk)
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Heat a frypan and add 1/2 the butter to the pan.
- Spoon even amounts of the mix into the frypan.
- Cook until golden.
