  • 1-2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 3/4 – 1 cup cold milk of choice (I used almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Directions

  1. Combine the protein powder, cacao powder, and milk in a bowl.
  2. Stir well until the majority of lumps are mixed in.
  3. Start with 3/4 cup of milk and add a little at a time to avoid the mixture going too runny.
  4. Once smooth, add the almond butter and stir well until you have a mousse consistency.
