Using only one dish, this quick and easy low-carb quiche is perfect for any time of the day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Made using Low Carb Wraps for the base, no wasting time making your own. Keeping within the low carb daily macros this one is definitely one of my go-to’s for convenience.

These ingredients are usually in my fridge or freezer but this recipe is so versatile and can be altered to whatever you have on hand.

Sun-dried tomato, mushroom, spinach, goat’s cheese, there’s no right or wrong. Make it to suit what you feel like on the day and what you have in the fridge. It’s all about convenience while enjoying a healthy balance.

Low Carb Keto Mini Quiche

Serving Size:

  • 1 Low Carb Wrap
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbs Thickened Cream
  • Pepper and Salt
  • 1 slice of diced Ham or Bacon
  • 1 tbs diced Onion
  • Sprinkle of Cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Place wrap in an oven-safe dish small enough so the wrap comes up the sides to hold the egg mixture.
  3. Place ingredients in a bowl except for cheese, and whisk until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the wrap.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
  6. Bake until cooked through and golden on top.
