Ingredients

  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach / frozen
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie choc mint
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Super Greens Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 Medjool date

To sprinkle on top

1 tsp coconut oil melted
1/2 tsp cacao powder
2 tsp – white chia seeds, shredded coconut, and roasted walnuts

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except the ingredients for sprinkling on top) on high speed in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with the mixture of chia seeds, coconut and roasted walnuts.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the coconut oil with cacao to form a chocolate drizzle and pour over the smoothie bowl.
