 I am excited to be talking to you about the most important part of our life – Our Health.

There are so many aspects to our Health and for most of us, we don’t put any thought into it. We just go about our daily lives.

 

Firstly, Let me introduce myself.

 

I am Amy, Founder of Health Mind Body Australia.  I am passionate and all about empowering and inspiring other people in their healthy lifestyle journey.

Whether that is for weight loss, general well-being, looking for motivation and accountability or to be part of a healthy community, your in the right place.

My goal is to help encourage, inspire, motivate and put the focus back on everything wellness in all aspects of your health, mind and body to achieve your goals for a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

My mission is to share with you all my advice, tips and strategies that have helped me on my healthy journey.

I was able to lose over 20 kg and have been maintaining for over 7 years now.

 

Why I love helping and sharing my journey and knowledge.

 

A study from 2016 showed that following and being apart of a social network has a better success rate than going it alone.

Understanding the importance of mindset, setting goals, discovering your passion and unlocking motivation is key to a successful journey.

Mindset is key for any healthy lifestyle

I am excited to talk about topics that truly matter to me. I hope that you will gain knowledge about healthy food and healthy living in a supportive community.

The most important thing in life is our health.

By engaging with my readers and having a sense of community and social support on your journey can create a sense of belonging and purpose.

Whilst setting the foundations for success, driving accountability and conversations that can add value as a whole.

Using a Journal daily for added support.

 

I started to better equip and educate myself with what a healthy diet was.

I took the time to start journaling about what I was doing on a daily basis – food, exercise, mood, schedule etc which enabled me to reflect on my entries and then was able to evaluate and make a change.

By doing these simple tasks, be it first thing in the morning with my morning coffee or at night once the kids were in bed with a cup of tea or wine! Gave me that ‘me’ time and was able to de-stress and take some time to reflect.

There are a tonne of benefits to using a Journal.

Journaling has been referred to as one of the most effective forms of therapy and provides an outlet to your thoughts and feeling as you navigate your daily tasks.

It is also one of the best self-improvement tools.

Tracking your progress helps you identify your strengths, find areas where you can improve, and stay on track.
